CALAMITEES Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with CALAMITEES! Here’s what you need to know about shipping your new favorite shirt.

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days.
Because we are a print-on-demand service, production times may vary slightly depending on the product and printer location.

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders at this time, if this changes for any reason or for different future product types, Shipping fees will be fixed based on order size/weight.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or non-serviceable addresses (including rural or remote locations that USPS or carriers cannot deliver to).
If your package is returned to sender due to address problems, we can reship it — this cost will be charged to the customer first before reshipping unless the problem was caused on our end.
If we cannot reach you within 7 days of the package being returned, your order may be canceled without a refund.

P.O. Boxes are accepted as shipping addresses where supported by carriers.
For rural or hard-to-deliver addresses, please confirm that your location is serviceable before ordering or contact us at hello@calamitees.co.

Tracking info is provided via email once your order ships.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 7 days of purchase, please reach out.

We work closely with our print partners and carriers to ensure safe delivery.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.
Failed deliveries due to customer errors may require you to pay for reshipping.

Since we print each item on demand, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items.
Changed your mind? Sorry, no returns or exchanges on custom tees.
